Commercial Loans under 100K |

| I am seeking a wholesale or retail commercial lender who can do commercial loans under 100K. Any recommendations? |

| Mike: Loans? As in more then one? If you are a broker, I would suggest developing a relationship with several local commercial lenders. You could also go with internet based lenders, but in order to be effective you will probably need some local connections. If you are a business owner, try the bank where you have your depository account. Good luck. |
